5'4" and 140lbs.....should I run a few pounds off??!


Question: 5'4" and 140lbs!.!.!.!.!.should I run a few pounds off!?!?
All my life I have been so horribly underweight and unhealthy looking!. I had my first son at 20 then my second son at 24!. I am now married to a doting fabulous man and am 27 years of age!.

I would say before my first kid I was only about 110lbs and I looked gaunt!. Now I have 2 beautiful kids and great curves that my husband adores!. I hear people think Im attractive!.!.!.!.I beg to differ!

Am I to be drawn into the media and the urge to be a size 0!?!? I could lose the weight no problem as I love to keep fit!.!.!.!.!.when I have to!.

Im a mom, a wife, I dress well, I eat well, I am active!.!.!.!.!.!.!.yet I look around me and see all these fabulous figures on girls and I cant help but be envious! You see I know with a bit of effort I could drop 2 dress sizes in 4 weeks!.

Should I lose the weight, I feel a little squishy but not over weight! My hubby says Im perfect as I am and that I have a the body of a real woman rather than a teenager with an eating disorder!.

Plus we want to have a 3rd baby and Im scared that if I dont get my weight down by at least 10lbs I will be huge and uncomfortable with my bump (my last baby was 9 and a half lbs!.!.!.!.lol!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you definatly dont have to loose weight!.
its always in a girl/womans mind they have to loose weight, its a habbit almost, lol!.
if you are only 140 at 27, you are perfectly fine!.
and in my own opinion, i'd rather look like i have alittle bit of weight, rather then look anerexic or too skinny!.

because tooooo many people want to be like those damn anorexic sickening nasty models!. when you look too skiny, you look unhealthy!.!. and i think your weight is fine!.

I think you should decide for yourself if you want to lose weight or not!. You can look and feel great even if your not that size 0 or whatever!.
If your happy and your hubby is happy then whats the big deal about a few exra pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that 5 lbs!. MAX is what you could lose!.!.!. and especially if you're a mom!. I mean, my mom has 3 kids & she is way over 140 lbs!.!.!. ur a perfectly healthy weight and I'm sure ur beautiful!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
