What is the best killer bicep workout?!


Question: What is the best killer bicep workout!?
i want to get my biceps bigger and then i want to tone and cutt them making them hard

what is the best workout

i can buy some cheap dummbells at the local store

Biceps - Sit in a chair, the weight resting on the floor!. Extend your arm fully, pointed straight down!. Stabilize your elbow against the inside of your knee, and without moving your upper arm or shoulder or body lift the weight to your shoulder or pectoral

Tricep - Hold the weight with one hand, your upper arm pointing straight up!. Steady your elbow with your free hand, and without moving anything but your forearm, straighten your arm up!.

The Mayo Clinic suggests using a weight that you can lift 12 times, keeping perfect form up to the 12th lift, after which your muscles give out completely!. If you can't move the weight the 13th time, that's the perfect amount!. If you can, it would be best to add more weight and work up to 12 reps with more weight!.

Go slow, steady up and down motions, never drop the weight and don't hurry!. Your form, which allows for muscle isolation, is as important as how much you're lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
