Okay joe i figured i would ansewr one of ur questions lol!. i feel bloated sometimes too!. im pretty sure its just from all the veggies and such!. they're low-cal so i have to eat plenty!. anyways, i wouldnt take an antiacid like tums or anything because that would just slow the digestion of the food!. also, drinking in between meals instead of with meals is good too because by drinking a lot with your meals will dilute your stomach acid, further slowing digestion!. understand!? i hope that that made sense to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've actually read somewhere that water reduces the bloating feeling you get, but that was for a women during her PMS week
