Question: Do you think I would at least loose 10 pounds!?
Hello,
School starts August 25 that's when I'm going to eat no sugar and at lunch have vegetbale soup or salad or potato!. Then everyday I will do 20 squats, 100 jumping jacks, 50 push up and sit up!. On saturday I will walk one dog around the block and do it again with a different dog and same on sunday and still do excersises but on weekened i will do readmill 30 minutes each weekedned day and couple minutes with excersise bike!. Do you think i will loose at least 10 pounds when school is over oh and I might have cake ice cream on my birthday, thats it!. Do you think It's possible to loose at least 10 pounds in oone year oh im not fat so it wont be hard I dont think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

with this schedule you will most definately lose the 10 pounds!. and it's actually harder for people who are skinnier to lose the weight!. but your workout and diet plan is very good!. i think you'll lose it in less than 3 months max!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would lose that in a month if you stuck to it strictly!. It sounds like a great workout!.
