Question: Will i loose at least 10 pounds!?
Luncch every day have potator or vegetbale soup or salad each day do 100 jumpin jacks 50 push up and sit up and 20 squat and weekened walk a dog around 2 blocks each day and weekened will do 3o minute treadmill

it depends on your starting week!. I think almost anyone can lose 10 pounds generally, over time, if you stick to such a rigorous exercise routine!. If you're doing squats and push ups though, you'll gain muscle matter while burning fat, and muscle weighs more than fat does, so the scale can be misleadingWww@Answer-Health@Com
