Question: How to keep off the wieght
i lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks using a fad diet how can i keep off the wieght!. please serious answers only, i bike ride 8 miles a day Www@Answer-Health@Com

What diet did you do!?

If you want to keep the weight off:
1!. Keep on riding 8 miles a day!!
2!. Don't eat anything that contains refined(white) sugar or white flour!. If you don't know whether an item has it or not don't eat it!. Also, you can't eat anything with corn syrup in it!. Its a pretty effective diet, and you're allowed everything else (no excessive oil/fat consumption though!!!)

Being completely serious!.!.!. you won't!. I don't know what fad diet you used, but most of them, if not all!.!.!. that claim to lose that much weight in a couple weeks is only going to be water weight!. Once you go back to eating the way you did before, the water comes back!. This is not a bad thing, water aids in weight loss!. So if you stay hydrated and do it the RIGHT way, you can drop those pounds and not risk them coming back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The real answer is this!. Losing that much weight in that short of time is very, very dangerous!. All fad diets are bad!. All fad diets are bad!. Your diet is not a way to lose weight!. The word "diet" means what you eat every day!. Your normal diet!. What people do not know is How our body works, what it needs, and what it should not have!. My best advice is, go to a book store and look for books on nutrition!. Learn how to take care of yourself!. Don't believe the commercials on TV about diets!. They only want your money!. Educate yourself!. It's YOUR BODY!. Be in control of it!. I hope I have helped you!.
