How can I lose 40 pounds in one month?!


Question: How can I lose 40 pounds in one month!?
All right, I'm not some idiot!. I know this is a silly question!. I guess what I'd really like to know is the most efficient way for me to reach this desired weight loss!. I am considered obese* at a whopping 225 lbs, and at a height of 5'6!. Couldn't it be slightly possible for me to lose 5 lbs per week!? I know the healthy way (REAL fat loss) is shedding 2-3 pounds per week!. And, I also know that anything exceeding that amount of weight loss in a week's worth of time, would probably mean some loss of water weight!. But, it's not like I'm some old geezer!. I'm seventeen years old!. It would just be nice to accomplish something like this before the take-off point for senior year!.

SO!. I plan on working out every single day for at least an hour, drinking plenty of water, sleeping regularly (7-8 Hours), and eating healthy!.

EVERYONE always tells me that there's never a quick way to do this!. However, perhaps there is something else I may be able to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no quick way to do it on a healthy manner!. When you think about the fact that you are protecting yourself for the rest of your life, a few extra months won't hurt!. But, if you are on a good diet, and you work out regularly, at first 5 lbs a week is not unreasonable since you do have a lot of weight to lose!. Remember that when you are losing weight, you will eventually hit a plateau where you don't lose weight for a while!. Your body is just adjusting itself!. Even joining an online support group is a big help, or Overeater's Anonymous!. I am 5'5", and used to weigh 200 lbs when I graduated high school!. 30 yrs later I am at 130 lbs!. It didn't take me 30 yrs to lose it, though!. :o)

Someone else on here said they lost 20 lbs in two weeks (I think)!. Now that is excessive but that person messaged me and said that the doc told him/her that everything was fine!.
So that being said, If you are really determined to lose weight, summer time is the best time because it is hot out and you can use that to your advantage!. So get black sweats (maybe two or three pair) and wear them when you go walking or running!. Make sure you drink lots of water so you do not get dehydrated!. Don't push yourself too hard at first but do enough to get a good sweat going and a workout!. Eat healthy, like fruits and veggies, a little meat is good like chicken and turkey!. If you can, get a gym membership and go there to tone your muscles and keep it even after you lose the weight!.

The only way to take off that much weight in one months time and not risk your health would be liposuction to be honest!. Dieting has to be done slowly and with proper excercise!. If you arent eating right your body will start eating away at your lean muscle tissue!. Dropping weight to quickly will also leave you flabby!. Dont do anything unhealthy and good luck!. I was a size 16 and am now a size 7 just by cutting out mayo and butter from my diet and walking alot along with no more soda and drinking green tea mixed with black tea even though I still add sugar but not to much the green tea helps with loosing weight!. Find a plan that works best for you and that you can stick to so you wont gain any of the weight back!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm gonna be a senior too!.!. yay '09 lol!.!. well anyway!.!. i am kinda in the same situation as you are!.!. i weigh 165 and trying to lose 20 lbs!.!.i have to work very hard for a few weeks then all of a sudden i just drop the weight!.!. so what im saying is that it depends on how your body reacts!.!. well for the past week i have been going to the gym 6 days a week!.!. and i workout for about an hour and a half!.!. ex!. 40 min on the elliptical and 30 min on the bike !.!. then some weights!.!. i have lost 2 lbs already!.!. soo if you really do everything you say your gonna do (eating healthy, excercising etc!.) im sure you will be able to lose at least 20 lbs because of your current weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NUTRITION AND CARDIO (5 TIMES A WEEK) IS THE ANSWER!!
okay sorry for the screaming but here are 5 tips:
1!. Drink only water and soy milk with 9 grams of protein (in soy milk)
2!.Eat organic :)
3!. Eat a HEALTHY snack every 3 hours!. (like a bunch of grapes, a pear, a banana!.!.!. but have 4 main meals a day!. With lean meat and fish and veggies!.)
4!. NO SWEETS OR SODA
5!. Cardio 5 times a week!!
6!. Eat gluten free and wheat free bread, cereal, tortillas!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
