yea you can!. but you need to pick your exercises!. find an exercise that really isolates the bicep!.

Sit down on a strong chair and rest your left forearm on your left driver for balance!. grab the dumbbell in your right hand and place your elbow on the inside of your right driver!. Do the curl in between your legs!. Do as many reps as you can and 3-5 sets on each arm!. This is about twice as hard as doing normal curls so yea u build more muscle with lighter weights!.

Hey!.!. You won't be able to build them HUGE,
You can definately make them visible and clearly defined!. If you want big biceps Id suggest doing 2 - 3 Bicep exercises !.!. no more!.!. For mass preacher curls are really good!. And you must do triceps !.!. since they make up 2/3 of your arm it will give your bicep a bigger foundation to sit on and allow it to grow!. My biceps go pretty big when i got to doing 40lb dumbbells and higher!.!.!. however if you sacrifice your form for a higher weight it is not worth it at all!.!. so always train slow and deliberate!. also when you start getting to higher weights watch out for tendon problems in the elbow!.!. ive been there and it sucks! !.!. physical therapy is not fun!.!. try and get up to 35 lbs though and use more than one exercise !.!. your biceps will get bigger!Www@Answer-Health@Com

And besides curls do very little to actually build your biceps!.

Do rows and other other heavy compound lifts, these are the only thing that will stimulate serious growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't work up to the weight you could seriously hurt yourself!. Besides knocking yourself in the head, you could pull, strain or even tear an arm muscle!. If you tear a Bicep muscle it may take surgery to repair the damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you have to do deadlifts and squats!. Seriously!. Curls get them stronger, but not that much bigger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
