Question: How much would be a good amount to run to loose weight !.!.!.!.!.!.
i wondering how much i should run to lose weight, but also get in shape(endurance, speed)!. i have been running 1 mile pretty much everday, and today i started running 1 and a half!. should i run more or is that enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

1 lb of fat burns 2-13 calories, 1 lb of lean muscle burns 22-55 calories!. it doesnt matter how much cardio you do, if you dont eat right you wont burn fat!. also, weight training helps keep your metabolism up which in turns burns calories!. it turns your body into a furnace!. the idea is to get your heart rate up and keep it up for an extended amount of time!. focus on frequency, intensity, time, and type of cardio you are doing!. decreasing you percentage of body fat will increase your metabolism!. add some light weights with high reps!. see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
