that is a very good way to lose weight!. not all wheat bread is good for you!. make sure you get the kind that does NOT have unbleached flour in it!. you want the one that is just plain wheat!. Plain turkey has little fat and if not adding all the salt and mayo you are in good shape!. make sure to get those veggies in there too!. though the wheat bread may give you some of the daily fiber that you need it will not give you all!. eat those veggies or try some whole wheat cracker for snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No plain turkey doesn't have a lot of nutrition in it anyways!. If you want to loose weight you need to exercise and eat a healthy diet!. No sugar, eat your fruits and vegetables, eat lots of carbs, eat protein in at least one meal and so on!. If you wanna boost your metabolism eat 4-5 small meals a day and drink tons of water!. My husband is training to become a personal trainer and said the next best thing to hydroxycut is to take 1000mg of green tea a day, pill form works good!. Or else I have seen pills that have cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar and those work great to!. I drink the apple cider vinegar but most people cant stand it!. Its not about starving your self its about eating the right things and exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get your fruit, and veggie servings too!. If you had fruit and vegetables, and didn't starve yourself then ur fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
