There isn't one and I would know because I've tried them!. There used to be an effective double pill combo called Fen-Phen about 7 years ago, but the side effects were actually killing a few people so the first one (Fen) was yanked off the shelves!. You can still get the second one (Phentemine) but it's pretty ineffective by itself!. You're better off watching what you eat and exercising!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
