Trampolines!!!??!

Trampolines!!!??

I on currently on a diet and excersing. I love to jump on a trampoline which i currently have one. Would trampolines help you to lost weight faster. Besides going to a gym would trampolines help?

YES!! as you will already notice, it can get you tired very easily. also it helps to work out your calf muscles a lot and depending what other type of jumping your doing, other muscles get the work out
