Question: How many pounds do you have to lose to go down 2 dress sizes!?
I've already lost 10 pounds ( mostly in my thighs) and I'm wondering how many more pounds would get me a couple dress sizes down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to say!. We all lose weight differently and in different areas!. If you want to drop inches, add some cardio and toning/strengthening exercises for problem areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
