I'm a girl, and I do about 25 sit-ups a night to get better abs!. So, I guess guys should do like 40 or 50!. And make sure they're SIT UPS, not crunches!. Oh, and if you just sit with your back straight when your sitting in a regular chair it strengthens your core abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
