I need to loose weight and fast how can i do that please help!!!!!?

i think i have a problem wth food i keep on eating i thought it was stress(i had exams)but now i put on 10 kg in a month only i tried to exercise but what exacly should i do.

This worked for me, and I hope it works for you:
-I also tried to lose weight, and I learned that if I drink 8oz of water 15 minutes before each meal, it fills you up and it makes you eat less.
-Try to take a long jog, but studies show if you walk fast for about 5 minutes, then run for at least 30 seconds, you lose more weight. (Maybe run every other day, and go to the gym the days you don't run)
-Eat less in general.
-After you are done excercising, don't sit down. It's better if you keep standing up for like 10 mins. (it makes sure your muscles are up to date)
-Eat 1,800 calories a day instead of 2,000 (but I don't recommend it)
-Eat nuts only with your meal (I read this in a magazine).
-Try to eat a balanced breakfast--- meat, fiber (like bread), dairy, vegetables, LOTS of fruit, etc.
-Don't eat a lot of fat
