Question: How to get rid of belly fat 12 year old
Im almost 12 and really want to get rid of my belly fat!. Its really annoying!! i have type 1 diabetes(which means its nothing to do with my weight)
Im really unfit though!!! I can hardly run for more than a minute, i cant do push ups at all, and im terrible at sit ups!

please help me as to how i can lose the belly fat!!

Try to cut out as much junk food as possible but don't deprive yourself of it!. You need it to motivate yourself!. Start off slowly by walking eventually over the next few days do power walking and once you could sustain your heart rate high begin HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)!.

With HIIT, you start off by walking for 2min, then you sprint all out for 30 seconds!. Once you finish that becomes 1 cycle!. Complete 4 cycles, that should take you 10 minutes!. Over the next few weeks increase by 1 cycle each week until you could do 8 cycles of walking and running which should be 20min duration!.

With pushups you could do easy pushups!. Just kneel down on your knees and do pushups!. Once you get stronger do regular pushups, after a while do harder pushups such as elevated pushups where you put your feet up on a chair!.

Eat 4-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals!. You will feel more focused and have more energy!. Drink plenty of water and have 8 hours of sleep!.

try not eating a lot of bread and pasta try running or walking for 30 mn i am ur age so i no haw it feels i lost weight by starting out walking 30 min a day doing some crunches the joging for 30 min and doing some crunches so on and so forth and if u want a snack look for helithier alternatives this is my fave instead of an icecream sandwich do 2 grandcrackers with low fat cool wip and freese it YUM

To start, just go for (slow) jogs around your neighborhood!. then you can build up faster and faster!. Try to start off by doing maybe half or one lap aroundt he neighborhood, and then gradually work yourself up!. You know your limitations, so be careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dance and swim: That will help you trim down!. If you have a bicycle, go riding!.

And keep trying to run, if that's what you like!. Don't worry about keeping up with anyone else!.
