Question: Im starting diet need to make list for grocies
okay im starting a diet which includes a lot of non-processed(in a can)
fruits and vegetables can someone make me a list of ceratin fruits and stuff and what they are good for for example i know:
Celery:keeps you full and burns calories(this is a fact)
