After how much lost weight will i notice changes?!


Question: After how much lost weight will i notice changes!?
i have lost 2 lbs!.
but i don't see the difference in the mirror!.
and that brings me down and i'm like "if i look the same why am i dieting"!.
so after how much will i see changesss!?
i'm gonna loose 20 lbs, btw!.

It takes 5 pounds to make a visible difference but, for a really good difference its 10!.
Remember to take a before and after photos!. They help a lot with motivation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
