Question: Muscle abs and pecs 10 points best answer!
Judging from my height, age and weight!. How many crunches, sit ups, push ups, and chair dips should I do to get a nice toned up body and pecs!. By the way, I spent 2 months doing cardio, so I really don't have much fat to burn anymore!. So How long will it take to achieve that muscle toned body, I can already see my top 4 pack, but I want to make them a bit more visible along with the bottom 2 packs!.

okay ill make you a plan for 6 days of workout for best resutls now trust me here
Mon!. 50-100inclined push ups 50-100 declined and 50-100 flat whatever do them in sets of 25 if u can rest for a min in between sets this targets the whole chest then do ur chair dips even inbetween ur push up sets if u want id recommend like 100 also id add pull ups like 25 wide set and 25close handed to target bicept and back and this is like MINIMUM relli weights are better but this should def help!
Tues!. now u wana do lowder body and abs u dont do lower body then it's stupid relli toning ur legs helps so much with strength power and speed so
100crunches
100 leg lifts
200 bicycle motions
50 v ups thats an intese ab workout u do it right it should take 20mins
then
legs 50 reg squats 25 split squats 25 1 legged squats on each leg 50 1 legged calf raises each leg and 50 2 legged calf raises
wed!. cardio do the HIIT 20mins minimum
thurs do what u did monday
fri do what u did tuesday add HIIT for 10mins
sat rest

You didn't mention how many times you do in a week, so it's hard to tell!. say if you do it everyday, it'll be slower to grow up those muscles!. You need to rest for few days to enable them to grow faster and more protein to boost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
