Answers:
good weight to start out with , you can build on this by adding small amount of weight to bar each week ,say 1/2 kg or if thats get to heavy buy some big washers from a diy shop that fit the bar and add them, over a time your muscles will get stronger and bigger ,try to do the running on the same day as you lift weights !.
Your muscle will only grow after they have been rested,

I read a story once about a young man who lifted weights every other day and ran on his non weight training days ,his muscled grew a little then stopped, he broke his ankle so he could not train and within 2 weeks his muscle had actually grown bigger, he was overtarining and not giving his body time to recover from all the exercise!.

Good Luck and keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all you can buy creatine to get more built and cut fast, drink plenty of water!. if you just started, just lift what you can, dont lift what you cant or else you can hurt a muscle and it takes a while to heal , also dont work out everyday only 5 days a week and rest for 2 days or you can also work out one day then the next rest and so on!.!. Remember always to stretch before and after working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm someone your height should be able to do a lot more, but you just started so that's okay!. i'm guessing that you're pretty skinny!?!? if anything, just try to slowly increase the weight each time you bench, and try to get it so that you can do 3 reps of ten and just try and move up weight!.

and if you wanna get really ripped you'll need to do more than just benching!. and all around workout would be good!. just eat right, sleep well, and take protein haha good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

my boyfriend said if ur benching 100 pounds all together including the bar then for your weight thats pretty bad

but if ur benching 100 pounds plus the bar (average bars are 45 pounds) then that means ur total bench is 145 thats average for your weight if ur trying to get ripped u should eventually be able to bench at least 1!.5 times your weight!.

keep up the goodwork (:

TIPS: if u want to build muscle lift as much as u can in reps of 5-6 x
but if u want to get really cut then after u gain all that muscle ur gonna have to continue running to burn the fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

your doing good for someone whos staying in shape

is you wanna increase the iron you really gotta commit and

work hard, for you i would suggest joining a sport

like muy thai (prolly spelled wrong) or boxing football's good too

plus it all depends on what kind of "ripped" you wanna be

if its rock hard slugging arms then boxing is the way to go

if you want lead pumping legs then try your hand at taking long distance running or soccer

some people are are kinda afraid to hit he gym at first

dont be!

in time you will get the results you want

if you really persevere im sure you'll be snatchin them digits from the ladies like nothinWww@Answer-Health@Com

i don't want to write a whole page on how to get ripped!. i'm sure someone will!. if not, then hit me up!. anyways, for a start 100lbs isn't bad!. you'll probably max out at 130-140 or so!. just consume a lot of protein and eat healthy!. get plenty of sleep!. those are the basics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a good weight for your size!.

Tip: lower the bar slowly before bottoming out!. Two-way resistance builds muscle faster!.

Walking is better than running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
