I need motivation for getting myself to work out?!

Question: I need motivation for getting myself to work out!?
I'm 14 years old and overweight!. I'm really really tired of it! But I can never seem to motivate myself enough to actually work out!. Like run up and down stairs and do crunches, push ups, etc!.

And I really love food!. It's gotten to the point where I just eat and don't even realize I'm doing it!. I mean I know I'm eating but I just don't realize it's bad for me (well i mean certain things I eat that is)!. Until after and then I feel bad!.

I really need some good motivation and tips please!. Please for the sake of my health!?

Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 17 and i've always struggled with my weight almost my whole family has or is!. It is hard to find motivation!. Sometimes wanting it isn't enough so you have to build a support system someone or a group of people who will help push you and keep you motivated!. Hope that helped and if you ever need to talk you can email me! I know what you are going through!.!.!. my email is!.!.!. IHaveLovedYou@msn!.com Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congratulations on your start to healthy living! I recommend finding support where ever possible!. Get friends to work out with you, get a gym membership, join an exerciser forum, start a blog about your progress, email me!. Just do whatever you can you get that positive influence there!.

Also brag about your achievements a little, it will get you thinking about what great things you've done!.

As far as food use a site to track what you eat in a week, like mypyramid!.gov!. Use that to figure out what your missing and what needs changes!.

There's no magic answer but as long as you can stay positive and stick with it you'll feel better about yourself than you could ever imagine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to think about doing things in baby steps, that way you will feel as though you have achieved something, then you will feel more motivated, have more energy and be able to keep doing things!.

A great way to start exercising is to see what is available on line!. I have some Pilates based exercises that are free, professionally put together and really do work!.

Set yourself a target to do one a day!. See how that goes for a while, and, if you feel inclined, do another one and so on!.

In time you will find you have built yourself a day where you are doing things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly I'd suggest counseling!. Perhaps you have a school counselor you can talk to in private about this situation!. It sounds as if you are in a destructive cycle of eating then feeling bad about it and then using food as comfort!.

You could also keep a "food diary" that would help you track your eating habits and what triggers you have, if any, that lead to you over eating!. In this diary write down what you eat, what you were doing before you ate, and what you did after you ate!. Perhaps there will be a pattern that turns up!.

If you find that you are overeating after you fight with a brother/sister/friend/parent, then perhaps you can find some other way to let out your anger or stress!. If you find that you are eating more when you are doing homework or studying or are bored, you can find other ways to entertain yourself!.

I hope this helps!

Keep these thougths in mind -

*I can walk into any shop and buy anything i want as i will look great as im slim and toned!.
*I will live a healthier, longer life!.
*If i don't do it know, ill never do it!.

Just turn some music up load and do some exercises that way it will be fun!. Ask a friend to go for a walk or run for 30 minutes a day and talk so you don't get bored!.

Good luck + hope i could help ?Www@Answer-Health@Com
