Question: I'm 14, what are good exercises that get my body in shape!?
Alright I want to loose weight everywhere!. My legs, stomach(this is a big one), and arms!.

What are really good, pretty fun exercises I can do that will get results fast!. I just need to burn a lot of calories and fat!.

I heard dancing works!? So can I just go into my bedroom, blast music, and dance like a maniac!? For how long!? !.!.!.!.!.!.that actually sounds fun!.!.!.!.

First of all, always talk to your doctor before you start a diet!. Also, at 14 you'll probably hit a growth spurt pretty soon!. That being said just regular cardio (dancing, light jogging etc!.) for 20 min!. three times a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age try to build up more muscle tissue by weight training!.The more muscle tissue the more energy will be burnt!.
If it comes to your heart and burning fat, apply a bicycle 3hree times a week for at least 45 minutes!.Don't just eat because other people go to Donald King!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aerobics work well as well as sit ups and push ups!. Your body should be toned from these work outs!. Also try Tae bo!. This has a great work out routine for all people!.

Do 20 situps and 20 pushups in the morning when you get up, then 20 pushups and 20 situps just b4 u got to sleep!. worked 4 me =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
