Question: How do I get rid of a flabby stomach!?
I'm not overweight by any means, but my stomach isn't tight and it's getting a little flabby!. I've heard that crunches and sit ups get rid of it and I've also heard that cardio is the best solution!. People have also said that doing sit ups and crunches just increase muscle under the flab!. What do you guys think and suggest!. Any personal experiences and what helped the best!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups, crunches and all of that stuff doesn't work!. Those things only build muscle but the fat will still cover the muscle

Well you should do cardio to burn off the flab on your stomach and then do ab exercises to build the muscles in your core and make them noticeable!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
my sister is kind of like you when she gains weight she gains it on her stomach first, so your flabby stomach is just a bit of weight gain so just go on a diet or eat healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com
