Question: Does anyone have a really good diet plan to help me loose weight fast!?!?
i need an actual MENU (for the whole week) i wanna lose approximately 15 pounds!.!.!.!. I'm 5'3 and about 129 pounds!. I'm also about 14 years old!. I know all about good exercise(i go to the gym four times a week) and drinking water and cutting out fast food or whatever but does anyone have an actual menu (breakfast/lunch/snack/dinner) for me to follow for like the whole week!? i would really appreciate it! thanks!. WHEN to eat for losing weight!.!.!.

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas!.
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.

WHAT to drink for losing weight!.!.!.

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.
? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve!. Now!.!.!. I don't even LIKE them anymore!

? Start swimming!. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use!. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week!. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated!.
? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional!. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too!?
? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat!. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat!.

Breakfast: Yogurt!.

Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!. With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

talk to your doctor!. been there done that at your age!. ran 4+ miles daily, restricted calories draaastically (to 800cal/day), and found myself down to 100 pounds by the end of a summer!. At 14 your body is working on transitioning into a more womanly figure!. I know the ideal of "beauty" seems to be rail thin, but seriously as an average build girl have found that guys choose me for my curves over those twiggy little girls!. I assume you're wanting to lose weight for the start of school, but your best bet is to totally cut sodas and get some very flattering outfits for now!. For your height you are in the healthy weight range but would probably be safe to lose some if it is excess fat weight!. Drink 8 glasses of water daily, eat lots of veggies (i totally recommend the salads from trader joes - low cal even with the dressing and very filling)!. Make sure you limit portions (not drastically) and eat the most well balanced diet you can, otherwise you'll find that your diet has robbed you of nutrition and it will show in your skin, hair, and nails!.

What helps me is to eat pretty much the same things daily!. Like for breakfast: egg omelet (omelets always make me feel like i'm getting more than if they're scrambled for some reason), orange/strawberries/whatever fruit, toast (they sell low-cal bread if you pick some of that up)
Lunch at school: those tuna with cracker things are great and come with mints, deli sandwich loaded with lettuce and all those veggies to make it more filling and less calories, campbells soup at hand, things like that
Snack: go for something that's mostly protein like ham rolls, an apple, small salad, just mix it up

Dinner: eat dinner with your family (when you get older you'll have great fond memories of it even though it kind of sucks at times if your parents seem to be pulling teeth trying to get you to talk), pre-portion your dishes before eating, if you have a hand in the cooking cut back on butter used - pasta with too much butter can be deadly!. also, most things that say they require milk can really be substituted for water and turn out just fine (i grew up lactose intollerant, so no milk in anything)!.
