Physical fitness question**PLEASE HELP**!

Question: Physical fitness question**PLEASE HELP**
I am going to working twilight shift as a package handler!. From what I hear your lifting around 800 boxes an hour and the trailers can get as hot as 100 degrees!. I understand that this is a great physical work out and if anyone could give any advice that could help me tolerate this work please do so!. I do around 100 push ups a day but I'm not sure if this will prepare me for the work I will be doing!.

Thank you in advance to whoever answer this question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was a mover for a summer and its sounds similar!. Here's what I advise

Hydrate!. You always need to make sure you have water!.

Squats!. Do them its the motion you'll do the most!.

Gloves!. Your hands take a beating, other guys give you trouble for it but at the end of the day you have less cuts!.

Rest!. You'll need it, you get used it quicker than you think but you need to rest a lot at first!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The job itslef is a good workout you will get used to it!. Otherwize drink plenty of water sta hydrated!. Lift with your legs not your back arch your back when you lift and push with your legs!. The boxes are going to rub against your skin which may and probaly give you a rash i know i have done this kind of work!. You will be tires!. Where and extra shirt like a white t!. So the box rub the top layer and against your stomach cause you will get tired and rest it on you hips rubbing against your tummy!. Drink water it is hot in hose trucks especially considering the guys around are going to be sweaty to created more heat!. Good thing its at night!. Wear gloves maybe a longer sleeve shirt the cornes of the boxes are going to trub the hell out of your arm wear it bends!. Ask the guys that have done for little tips to make it more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups don't help you much at all!. My best advice is just to get well rested and prepared, the work itself will train you to do the work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say a strong back and leg muscles would be beneficial!.
Choose an all round regime and chuck in a few extra lower back exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com
