I wouldnt consider that healthy!.
I think you consumed enough calories, and not too much, but the food you ate weren't great!.
Besides of having the white bread, switch to while grain!. cheese is high in fat, but its alright to have in small sizes!.
lunch was good in my eyes!.
dinner could of been better!.!.!. you should of ordered a salad and the chicken nuggets were probably fried!.

and your snack!? its really strange lol!.
maybe have a apple for a snack

a good meal for the say would be:
breakfast: oatmeal and a fruit
lunch: sandwhich on whole wheat break with a meat and topped with lettuce and tomato, and a yogurt
snack: another fruit
dinner: salad topped with chicken and some added veggies!.

drink plenty of water
i see you didnt say what you had to drink!.!.
make sure NO pop or diet pop
skim milk, water and green tea is good!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

While your calorie intake might be in the healthy range, you really aren't eating the right kinds of foods to be considered healthy!. It's not just about calories, so think about the quality of the food you're consuming!. Chicken nuggets are fried (and I'm guessing so is the chicken in the spicy wrap), which means more fat!. Ranch dressing is fat!. White bread has very little nutritional value, and aside from 1/8 of a tomato and a banana, where are the fruits and vegetables!?!?

If you want a healthy diet, your diet should mainly consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and some lean meats!. If it doesn't fit into one of those categories, then you should either avoid it or eat it in very small quantities!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not too much!. It's a little bit unhealthy though!. You need to incorporate more fruits and veggies!. If you want to be healthy though I'd use whole grain bread because notice that you have white bread for breakfast, yellow rice for lunch (which is white rice with spices), a tortilla from Wendy's (which is white) and a waffle for a snack (which is probably white) You might want to include another snack and make it a fruit/veggie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
