Whats better?!

Whats better?

im just wondering, what would be more effective. doing 100 straight pushups, or doing it in bits of 25? (to add up to 100)

same for situps


Answers:

Doing it straight is the best. My dance teacher does not break sit-ups into sections because she says that they don't allow your stomach to get used to the burn and you will never force your self to the point where you are really working your abs because if you do them in sections, you allow the abs to cool off, but when in continuous motion, your abs stayed fired and you have to push through the pain therefore, it's better. I know I wrote a lot, but I hope that helped. :D
