Question: I need help losing weight please help me
i wanna lose some weight but my parents don't let me go outside so i can exercise i have no exercising equipment and my parents dont by health food im 13 118 pounds and 5/3 i think im really fat my hips look really big to me all i have is dance dance revolution do you think that will help me lose weight please help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't diet! Dieting does not work and causes metabolic changes which lead to weight gain!. Especially at your age, it's very important that you not get started down that path!. You don't need special health foods or exercise equipment -- most of them are scams anyway!. Just try to eat as healthily as you can with what you have available!.

You don't sound overweight!. Why won't your parents let you excercise!? Bad part of town or are they just too protective!? Try to talk them into it if your location isn't dangerous!. Just stay close to home!. Also, buy some aerobic excercise videos!. They really help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ok so i was at my doctor and he said I was overweight too, all he said was " Don't eat a lot and exercise regularly and you'll lose weight as fast as i can say diet"!. and it worked!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes diets do not work but don't eat alot eat more veggies even though their nasty lolmaybe u can exercise in ur room if u cant go outside do a couple of jumping jacks and push-ups
