What is the most effective way to get a bigger butt?!


Question: What is the most effective way to get a bigger butt!?
And what is the ideal weight to apply when doing squats!. I am a male, 5'9, 154 lbs!. I have always hated the appearance of my rear end, it is wide and flat, bigger than the average male because it is wide notwithstanding the flatness!. I wear men's and women's tight jeans, leather pants, and spandex; I am a lead guitarist and I work out!.

My goal is to have a massive, firm rear end, like a black woman!.

I read that doing squats is the most effective and fastest way to increase the size of your butt!. I began a workout regimen doing between 1-2 15 sets everyday with 50lbs of weight!. After 3 weeks I see very little if any results, I know I am doing the bare minimal, I know it is not enough!. Was I using enough weight!?

My questions are precisely how much more weight should I apply considering I want an enormous butt and how many sets should I include each day to see the fastest results!? Just give me a close estimate, I know it varies between persons!?

Remember there are no limitations, I want it as big as possible!. Are there any other excersizes I can perform along with doing squats!?

To gain weight eat high protein and fatty foods and the fat will accumulate around your butt!. Increase the weight to 100 lb as you squat and squat for longer!. Keep down longer on the squats!.

It is hard to say what weights should you use!. Try out with which weights you can do 6-8 repetitions and change to that weight!. Always use as big weights as you can do, and to build muscle 6-8 repetitions and 3-4 sets is the best option!. Other good butt exercises are deadlifts, lunges, good mornings, different kickbacks and lowerback extensions!. To firm your butt and that area overall I would suggest, if you have the time, to do some running preferably uphills or stairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
