Start with two push ups and work your way up from there!. Make it a daily thing and incorporate them into your routine!. I've been doing this for about 5 years and do 60 or more a day!. Admittedly, I'll slack off a day or two, so it's often 5 or 6 days a week with the push-ups!. I've learned that you always have to "get back on the horse" with any type of exercise!. I do other exercises, but push ups are the easiest to adopt, because there's no equipment, and you don't have to go outside or to a gym!. Go gravity!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, keep doing the push-ups!. Two might seem like futility, but it is actually helping you because you are already building strength!. Add some other exercises like pull-ups also to help build your back, shoulders, and biceps!. If you have access to a gym or gym equipment, I would advise either a bench press, dumbbell bench press, or a machine press!. Don't start with anything that you can't handle!. Notice I did not say anything that you think you can't handle because most people think with their egos!.

Also, do some simple arm exercises like triceps press downs, dumbbell curls, french curls, and hammer curls!. There are plenty of web sites to look these exercises up!.

If you do not have access to gym equipment, then I suggest keeping with the push-ups and pull-ups!. Also try some yoga techniques to stay flexible and build strength!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

your going to need to join a gym and workout all your muscles!.!.
doing pushups will not be sufficent enough for u!.!. because it does not target all the muscles enough!.!.

u need more strengthening, your shoulders, chest, arms, biceps, triceps, back

go to a gym, and workout each muscle once a week on different days!.!.

wrokouts should last 45 - 60 mins and then u are done!.!.
4 times a week

for endurance, spend some time on the treadmill, or go for jogs!.!. 3 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

pull ups are probably your best bet!. They're difficult to do, but build a tremendous amount of strength!. Another exercise is using a medicine ball to strengthen your upper body!. It won't focus too much on one muscle and will give you a wide range of muscles worked!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the gym and start working on the machines that increase upper body strength!. Low weights, high repetitions!. Put your legs in a chair and do straight leg pushups with your legs in the chair!. It takes time and dedication but you'll get it eventually!.
