How can I loose weight off of my upper thighs fast?!


Question: How can I loose weight off of my upper thighs fast!?
I have some fat on my upper thighs and I really want it gone!. I am going to a pool party in a few weeks so I need it gone fast! I am 15 so please don't say diet pills!. I really don't want to buy any products so please don't suggest that!
I want to get rid of the fat naturally!. I have tried walking but it isn't helping very much!.

oh you should run a little, do bunches of squats, leg lifts, lunges!. i had to teach an aerobics class once and it just so happens i taught legs :) so i think those activities should help cuz i know they get your legs a burnin'!. don't hesitate to ask if you want some more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

so yeah you should def do running!. run on over to your high school or a park or something with bleachers and do tons of sets of bleachers then take a break and run a lap then more bleachers and on and on!. really until you thought you pushed your self hard enough for the day because we are all capable of diff intensity!. during my soccer season on mondays all we would do is run so we would be at this one park and run all the way around it a couple time then run to the school by it and we did bleacher and laps until we all died!. so i lost weight and my legs are so strong!!

To get rid of that try jogging every morning and after dinner or just work on your whole body and eventually your legs will get smallerWww@Answer-Health@Com
