I figure if I eat 2 pieces of bread a day and then drink a half bottle of water will that stop me from being hungry? Because I know that the water will swell the bread and I won't be hungry...

It seems to me that you are trying to loose weight unhealthily. Purchase Dr Ian K Smith 's (Celebrity Fit Club) book. His weight loss methods really work i.e. (12 lbs in 9 days during the detox phase). If you are just short on money, in college I found that apples, top ramen, bananas and water satisfied me and with minimal exercise I lost weight. So to answer your question NO!!!! that is not a healthy snack.
