Best way for me to get back on track with healthy eating?!


Question: Best way for me to get back on track with healthy eating!?
Well, I'm 14 years old and I've always had a weight around 120 ibs!. I'm not FAT, but I must admit that over the summer, I have eaten NOTHING other than junk food, and really really bad amounts of it!. I was in a deep depression, and you know the deal, not sleeping, eating everything in sight with no nutritional value, not going outside!.

I'd like to get back on track with eating healthier and losing some of this pudge I think I acquired!. What's a good way for me to do this!? I chose gym class for school this year, btw, so do you think that'll help!?

it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you watch your portions!. If you eat junk food once in awhile it won't kill you!. If you eat it everyday, you will have a heart attack one day if you are prone to them!. You have the power to get you on track, no one else does!. If you don't do it, no one else will do it for you!. Just eat lots of vegetables, and fruit, and watch your fat intake!. If you cut out most of the fat, you won't be eating much fast food, or at least the fast food you eat will be good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
