What is a good and healthy way to lose weight without buying foods from diet pro!


Question: What is a good and healthy way to lose weight without buying foods from diet programs!?
I am 12 years old, female, almost 5 feet and 96 pounds!. I am trying to lose some weight to fit into smaller sizes and stuff!. (not trying to lose a ton of weight or anything!.)
Being 12, I'm not going to be ordering food off of diet programs!. Just need some suggestions for healthy things to eat and maybe some in home exercises!.

I'm tired of my own brothers calling me fat and always feeling like all my friends can fit into smaller sizes then me when we go shopping and I just want to change the way I look!. Any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there's nothing wrong with your weight!. according to the bmi calculator you are at a NORMAL weight for your height!. just exercise everyday, and eat healthier things (fruits, veggies, whole grains)!. My brothers call me fat, so i know how you feel!. you have to learn to love the way you are!.

by the way size is not what matters!. cut out the tags in your clothes and i think it will make you feel better!. it's about what fits!.

You're already marginally underweight, so I wouldn't recommend losing at all!. Make sure you eat at least 1200 calories every day, even if you decide to lose weight!.

A safe weight loss plan involves the food pyramid, which makes sure you get enough fiber and protein and limits the stuff your body doesn't need in the first place, like sugar and fat!.

Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and don't eat anything fried!. That's a good first step!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
