Question: Does anyone else get this after exercising!?
Especially after running, my core is as cold as Ice!. My wife has mentioned that my stomach is freezing after I exercise!. Why is that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats a good thing!. i dont know exactly why it is, but i think someone told me its something to do with the fact your blood is circulating around your body, away from your core as you arent digesting anything etc!.!.!.so it basically means that your blood is flowing and all that good stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com
