How can I lose weight and keep it off?!


Question: How can I lose weight and keep it off!?
I need an effective work out routine that will help get me in shape and one I will realistically stick to! I enjoy using dumbbells and jump ropes!. I like cardio but also need to build muscle in my arms and back!. However, do to a crazy schedule, I need a routine that only takes up about 30 minutes of my time daily!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to change your lifestyle!. Eat a constant healthy sensible diet and take regular exercise!. The two work perfectly together!.

I know!. 22 months ago I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease!.

I had struggled for many, many years with my weight!. Yes, whilst many diets work!. Unfortunately, like so many people as soon as I stopped and went back to my old ways of eating!. All the weight would pile back on,plus more!. So I came to the conclusion that diets don't work long-term!.

I kept all junk foods, ready made meals, alcohol, and takeaway meals ton an absolute minimum!. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

I included more whole foods into my diet!. Such as brown bread, brown pasta, brown rice, beans & pulses!. These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!.

I eat lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes - making sure I keep all carborhydrates plain and simple), low fat dairy products, skimmed milk and non sugary cereals!.

I also embarked on regular EXERCISE!. Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN!. EXERCISE will really help to acelerate your weight loss!.
I did join a gym!. I attend 2/3 times a week!. But I also took up runnning!. I run outside on a regular basis!. 2/3 times a week!. This seems like a lot, but really it's not!. Make it part of your routine!. Just like brushing your teeth in the morning and night!.

The benefits you get from exercise far outweighs the effort it takes!.

Lower your food proportions and when at work use the stairs if there are any, just to keep you busy during the day!. If a coworker needs an errand, just do it!.!. It's only going to take up part of your day, and if you aren't really doing anything, how is it going to interrupt!? Make sure you limit fatty foods, but you don't have to get rid of meat at all!. Just make sure it's lean meat!. Eat more fruits and veggies and limit potato chips or other snacks!. Soda and coffee also have a LOT of calories, so switch to water or cranberry juice!. This is what I do and it works!. I walk on the tredmil at 3!.9 for 30 minutes straight!. MAking sure to use my arms as I walk!. DOnt just let them flop around!. And before I go to bed I do push ups off the wall!. I know it sounds goofy but it works and have have gotten so many compliments on my arms!. I do 30 per night!. I am also a vegan and that keeps my weight in check!. My sis is a vegetarian and she has dropped a couple of pants sizes just by changing her diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't take it off forever it you need to take a run in the morning but first you should warm up!.

then you can come home do sit ups,push ups,and pull ups

after you are done eat protein! it really works do this every day and you'll stay fit you might be sore the first time but after that you won't be sore anymore!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do 30 mins a day split up into 15 mins,
u grow muscle and lose weight by putting constrant strees on the muscle, so splitting it up will make it more effective
