also im 4'10, 85 lbs and eat 1200 calories a day is that normal? and will i gain weight from that?

Most sugar cones are only like 20-50 calories. If you're trying to gain weight, you should be eating more like 2,000-3,000 calories. 1,200 calories is what you would eat if you were on a diet.
