Are chicken nuggets that are baked at home good for you?!
Question: Are chicken nuggets that are baked at home good for you!?
I have two young kids and am trying to up my protein a little bit more!. I exercise 5 days a week (have lost 50 lbs but am stuck in a rut with only 5- 10 more to go)!.
They are easy to make and both kids and I love them!.
Nutritional info: Tyson, serving size 5 pieces, 280 cals, 14g protein
Or should I stick to boneless skin less chicken breast, that I don't care for!.

You'll do better creating a happy medium: make chicken nuggets at home!.
The frozen ones have been fried in fat or oil, and the buyer is just heating them!.
Cut up the boneless skinless chicken breasts you don't like, then dip them in Oven Fry, Shake 'n Bake, or a similar product according to package directions, then bake!. They're pretty tasty, and have less fat and less calories--yet kids will eat them, especially if you provide a dip or sauce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
