Question: Does oversleeping make you fat!?
(but i know that if u sleep right away after eating u gain weight)
My mom never allows me to sleep in the afternoon(after school or work) cuz she thinks that if u sleep u'll get fat!?!? and also she wakes me up early in the morning cuz she thinks i'm gonna get fat again!.!.!.help me so i can get some rest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Naps are healthy!. Promise to eliminate fats, sugars, alcohol, and salt from your diet, and maybe, just maybe, she will allow you to take an afternoon nap!.

You might want to throw in about an hour of aerobic exercise 5 times per week too, if you want to be fit and healthy!. See if she will make a deal with you!.

All people, regardless of age, need at least 8 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep!. Younger people need more sleep!. If you do not get adequate sleep, you are likely to have an increased appetite and you are likely to put on weight!. Just ask any sleep doctor!. Look up sleep apnea for more information about the need for sleep!. Her theory is opposite of reality!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a routine or habit of sleeping in, not exercising, not eating right, or too much or just before going to bed!. Over sleeping once or taking a nap after work or school is not particularly going to make you fat, however if you sleep most of the day and weekends and never get out and get some exercise it will not help you lose weight!. Your mom is trying her best to help you make healthy decisions!. Give her a break, you will not have her there to check up on your forever, enjoy it while you have it, perhaps you can get into a healthy routine if you listen to mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleeping too much will lower your metabolism, which CAN make you fat if you're eating just as much!.

As well you burn far fewer calories while sleeping than awake, so you need even fewer calories to gain weight!.

If you are exercising and eating right, then it shouldn't be an issue!. However, sleeping too much is a sign that you need certain vitamins and that you need more exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your mother is obsesed with weight and she is going to cause you lasting self esteem issues in the long run, talk to her about it!. and people are supposed to get about 7-9 hours of sleep to be healthy and people under 20 sleep even more because your body is still developing and uses lots of energy, and no!. if you eat right and maintain a healthy workout schedual you'll be fine and very healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try that and see results in 1 month!. i lost 23 Kgs in 2months and i am still eating what i want!. but just a care of eating well after getting slim!.

Take advise from him and wear whatever cloths you want!. and look great as i look now!. My impossible dream came true now!. As i am a female, I always wanted this slim trim fugure!. But now I wear whatever i want!. No shame!. His diet plan and cardio is Really impressive!. And no Health problem, No Body/Face colour problem!.
