Can any 1 plz help me im trying to get a 6 pack and ppl say i need a diet and work out but i dont know a diet?

i weigh like 140 pounds i am 5'7 i eat when ever i get a chance but theres not alot in the house to choose from but can any 1 tell me a good diet and good exercise for a 6 pack? please help me

umm ok its like this idk much about the diffrent names for work outs and stuf i have no acess to equipment and noacces to a dvd


Answers:

Your weight is ideal for 5'7 height. Try to do sit up 60 times every morning with different positions. Also work on your torso. Going to gym is always the best as there are so many equipment that you can work out. Most important thing is to avoid oil and fat in your diet. No sausage, burger, french fries etc.
