Back when I wrestled, people drinking too much water was the #1 source of puke!.

Don't drink too much water/gatorade during practice!. When you have a water break, drink a few sips, but don't guzzle down the whole bottle!.

After practice, you can drink a bit more, and you can drink whatever you want about 30 minutes after practice!.

I would also imagine that you could eat a little bit of food before practice, like a banana or a bagel or something!. The longer before practice you eat it, the better!. I would think that as long as you don't go all out, it shouldn't be too bad!.

You should DEFINITELY eat SOMETHING!

Maybe, you should try doing the kinds of workouts at your home, so then you are used to them, and it won't make you throw up!.

I hate to say it, but, going on with what I just said, it could just be that you're not fit enough!. So try lifting weights, jogging, jump roping, etc!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating something light, like some yogurt or some cereal, so it will satisfy you wihout getting too full, and drink at least 3 glasses of water BEFORE you work out, and you probably wont get dehydrated which causes you to throw up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat before the workout!. Eating will give you the calories needed to do the exercise!. You may be throwing up becasue your body may not be ready to handle to magnatude of the practices!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You def!. need to eat before practice but stray away from dairy products!. Drink plenty of water before you get to practice and continue to drink throughout practice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
