Is it possible to lose five pounds in a week?!


Question: Is it possible to lose five pounds in a week!?
I've gained a little bit this summer and now I can't fit into my jeans!. The only places I've actually gained in is my butt and my thighs!. I would like to know how to target those areas to slim them down!. I don't want to turn it into muscle!. I have plenty of that, I just want to get rid of it completely!. Yes it's possible! The first week of eating healthy and exercising people usually lose about that much!. After that losing 1-2 pounds a week is healthy until you get to a healthy weight!. Since you don't want to gain muscle some of the exercises I've listed below you might want to ignore, but you can try them anyways!. I suggest just using the eating guide to avoid muscle!.

The best way to lose weight is really simple!.

The number one rule is portion control! NEVER overeat!. Only eat until you are satisfied, not full!. Once you are full you've eaten too much!.

Eat about 6 times a day in small, nutritious meals!. Don't eat processed foods! That includes pizzas, many cereals, boxed and canned items, ice cream, sweets, chips, etc!. Stop cold turkey on drinking soda pop! I stopped 4 years ago and I don't miss it at all! I don't miss the 15 pounds I dropped after stopping it either!.

Eat fresh and whole foods!. Fruits and Veggies are your best friends! There are many ways to make them fun to eat!. You could put some peanut butter on a stick of celery or dip carrots into low-fat ranch!.

Another thing: Don't use condiments! Yes, sometimes you just want ketchup and mayo!. And if you must, then use them in moderation!. But vinegar and olive oil, and mustard are much healthier alternatives!.

Eat whole grains! Don't eat white flour!. That includes white rice, white bread, pastries, cakes, etc!. Go for brown rice, whole-wheat breads, and other whole grains!.

Eat nuts and seeds! They are a very tasty alternative to chips!. Popcorn, with light butter is also a very good chip alternative!.

Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and think positive!

As for exercise, if you decide to do it walk briskly for 30 minutes every day! Go swimming whenever you can!. Do some mild weight training to burn fat!.

Do these simple things and you're on your way!

This sounds weird but when you are exercising, wear plastic bags under your clothes to help you sweat more!. It helps the weight come off faster!. Make sure you bathe after!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not the scale that matters, its actually the appearance, the scale doesnt say how fat you look, but i think its possible you just have to work hard, and muscle isnt bad, its heavier than fat, but its tighter and makes you look thinner, oh and starving yourself only makes your metabolism slow down and easier for you to gain weight the next time you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is, the way to not turn it in to muscle is by going on runs ONLY on FLAT ground, uphill is what makes you gain muscle, also eating small portions of a meal helps the fat in your thighs and butt start to burn off, and eat all healthy, stay away from desserts and meat, veggies and fruit are your best bet!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 pounds in a month, you need to lift small weights 3 times a week 30 min a day, while taking no longer than 30 second rests inbetween your sets, and eat like me!.!.!.

Let me tell you what worked for me, eat small meals, icorporate lean proteins such as fish and chicken, drink lots of water, then drink green tea right before bed!. But what really did it for me was this great new system, the link is below

You don't need to worry about the weight, you need to tone!. Do some exercises on those areas!. It is possible to slim them down!. There is also a thing called a body wrap that could help the process!. Some say the size comes back, but it never did with me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah i would recomend doing what body builders do to loose weight!.You may not like it but it will work !.Eat nothing but eggs and drink nothing but watter!. Im not saynig eat raw eggs like in movies!. Boil them or if you fry them us low fat butterWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO! dieting takes time and if you do it's far too drastic and if you go back off your diet it will go straight back on, just try a slow diet that you can keep up with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
