Question: I want to lose weight asap!!! how can i do that !?
i'm 18 years old and a mother of an 18mo old little girl i work full time and coach cheerleading on the side!. i'm 5'4 maybe a little shorter but no less than 5'3 and i'm right about 200 pounds !.!.!.!. i feel very gross with the way i look and i have a hard time getting motiveated so i have only lost 12 pounds since i had aubrey i dont want to hate the way i look forever thanks for the helpWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!. With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

Get 30 minutes of exercise a day, even walking, if you walk fast then that can count as cardio, don't go on a diet or starve yourself, for one when you enter a diet you exit the diet after you are happy with how many weight you lost, so change your eating habbits, just eat alot of vedge and wholegrain!.

Also don' starve yourself, you will lose weight yes, but after a year at most you will be bigger than ever, just don't try to lose it fast because you will eventually put it back on, goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com


I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

youre about 55 pounds overweight!. thats not much compared to some people!. they need to lose about 100 OR MORE!!! crazy, right!?!?


i had a friend who was 190 and 5'4!. she lost it by swimming!.!.!. i dont know if that helps you, but she went to the indoor pool 4 days a week and within a year, she got VERY SLIM!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is only safe to lose about 1 pound per week!.

Make sure you are eating healthy meals- lots of veggies!.
Drink a full glass of water before you eat!. It helps you feel more full!.
Exercise!! Even simply parking your car far away in parking lots helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
