Answers:
whey protein is one of the most useful supplements in muscle development allowing your muscles to heal to their full potential after a workout as if you don't have enough protein in your diet your gains wont be as big as there isn't enough protein to heal the torn muscle fiber's to their full extent!.

second i would recommend amino acids, these work very closely with whey protein and all whey protein contains at least 20, these are the essential amino acids!. you can buy pills and powder forms of certain amino acids which play key role in healing and muscle development, i would recommend:

L-glutamine - probably the most affective in healing your muscles and considered important after any hard workout!.

BCAA's - Branched Chain Amino Acids, these are 3 amino acids which play the biggest role in muscle development, they are leucine, isoleucine and valine, can commonly be found in pill form and are easy to take!.

other than that if you are struggling for energy i would take creatine, however that's all it does is provide the muscles with a readily available energy source if you are becoming easily tired and need a push, do not consider buying it is your energy is fine as many people don't understand what it does and take it thinking it works miracles when really it is very complex and has to be loaded and used in specific ways!.

if your struggling for concentration and need a boost in the gym i would recommend Vasculators/Nitric Oxide supplements, these usually come with the extension of NO or NOX in the brand title so are easily distinguishable from the others, they tend ot contain a blend of all sorts to give you great amounts of energy and focus to be taken before a workout, they also work to widen the veins and aid in blood flow, giving you massive pumps and allowing you to work harder and lift more weight than usual!. ive been taking BSN NO-xplode for a couple of weeks now and it really is amazing the number of things that it can do!. these really are the biggest legal performance enhancers available but can be expensive!.

in my opinion mass/weight gainer supplements are a big no no, so don't consider them, when they say mass gainer they pretty much mean body mass not muscle mass and being fat isnt a part of gaining muscles!. they are just packed with calories and carbs and will not help you lift more so try to avoid them!. the problem with this is when buying a branded stack of many products together they often include a mass gainer and a NO supplement/Vasculator so buy your supplements seperately!.

other than that just remember this, supplements arent magical muscle growing formulas, you have to put in the work in the gym, pretty much all they do is provide energy and healing, do not get caught out by claims that they build your muscles huge because thats just not how it works and they dont come close to the affects of steroids!. also dont look to buy a ready made stack from one brand, although it may be cheaper you will be better off doing your research and buying the best products you can find as often these brands have one product which really dominates the market but their other supplements wont come close to some of their competitors versions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Log on to prosource!.net and type in stacks!. They have what your looking for and the prices are the best I have found anywhere!. I have been using them for years now!. Hope this helps and good look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
