Answers:
Start by running a mile!. If you can't run a full mile that's fine, walk for a minute if you need to during your run!. The best thing to do is to start by running on a track, that way you can measure how much you've run out of the mile!. Run every other day and keep a mental track of your progress!. Once you can run the mile completely without stopping, run a mile and a half, then once you can do that confidently run two miles!. Just keep doing that until your satisfied!. A good way to track your progress is to time yourself as well!. Depending on your size and gender, your time varies!. A lot of people run every day, but its better to start by running every other day!. You need a chance for your body to recoup!. Plus it can be bad for your joints like your knees and ankles!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well usually you shouldn't sweat from walking!. But running is the best and you can just start out running to a certain place and back just to see where you're at and if you want to go on longer runs!. but always start slow and get an indurance built so you can run a 10k!. And running outside is alot harder than a treadmill!. so for the best result i would say outside!. even in the rain!.

i would run based on time instead of distance!.because sometimes you can run really fast but only run for 15 mins when you felt that you've gone farther!. when you run start as a light jog and pick up speed!. you shoud probably start with 30min-45-minsWww@Answer-Health@Com

a mile would be great! then gradually go a little far there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
