Don't believe a word they say!. They also say that chocolate gives you strength and energy, but whenever I eat it, I only feel relaxed!. Different people have different bodies, and they function differently!. It's like saying that there is one face wash for all types; while it may work for some people, it won't necessarily work well for others!. That is simply because although we are built the same, we function differently!. Your body is probably not getting it's energy from whole foods and it needs other types of food!. Only YOU know what is right for YOU!. Try other foods; maybe some different types of foods will give you energy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That really depends on the other types/quantities of foods your eating!. I'm interested in knowing who you get your advice from as well!. Are the people who know what they are talking about eg!. studied nutrition/health/sports or just somebody who tries to eat healthy based on their own experience and knowledge!.

Seek the advice from people who are working in that field!. You could have an under active thyroid!. This thing controls a number of things within your body; like how quickly energy is burned and how it relates or interacts with other hormones in your body!. If it's not working properly then that could help to explain how lethargic you feel!.!.!.then again you could just lack quality sleep and or fruit and vegetables!.

My advice!.!.!.see somebody who knows a thing or two about nutrition and take little notice of those who give you advice based on things that have worked for them and not things that WILL work for you!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No particular food will give you loads of energy, except caffeine and sugar, which are only temporary energy sources anyway!.
You could be tired from dehydration, lack of sleep, stress, or any of a million other reasons!. Try taking a nap and see if you feel better afterwards!.
Definitely keep up the whole foods diet - there are a lot of benefits outside of energy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's true that different people have different bodies!. Personally, the most energy I had was when I was on a vegetarian diet!. I didn't eat that many grains though--I ate a lot of sandwiches with portabella mushrooms and avocado and spinach salads, and veggie tacos and stuff like that!. My energy level got a lot higher pretty fast!. So you could try that, but again, it's not guaranteed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you aren't getting too many calories, your metabolism could slow down if you are!. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water so that the nutrients are actually absorbed!. Fiber also helps in nutrient absorption, and also helps keep your bowels regular so you feel energized!. Take fiber supplements if you need to!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a combination of whole grains and activity!. if your eating good then thats great, but you need to also work out!. walk, job, swim, train something to help those whole grains get into your system and work there magic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it could because your not getting enough sleep or if you drink energy drinks those drain your energy fast!.!. just take a weekend to your self without any distractions and lots of sleep and resting then see how you feelWww@Answer-Health@Com
