Question: Best diet and exercise for weight loss!?
my girlfriend weighs 67kg and am 169cm tall!. she wants to lose 7 kg!. she is currently doing 45 minutes of high intensity cardio everyday, along with multiple wights every 2 - 3 days!. she eats apple and yoghurt for breakfast!. peas, carrot and beetroot for lunch!. and a large salad with some form of meat for dinner!. is her diet sufficient!? as well as her exercise routine!? Dude, there is no easier way to do this!. Do lots and lots of exercise, but don't do them at one day and relax the rest of the week!. Go out and do activities, do it whith her, support is always important!. Exercise to the limit which you will reach maximum heart rate and endure that for 20-30 mins!. For food, eat health and balanced food!. Have 6 small meals other that 3 fat big ones!. There is a saying in Chinese, Breakfast needs to be full, lunch needs quality but not quantity and dinner needs to be less!. Eat lot of oat, vegies and fruit which have lots of fibre which cleans out your intestines and reduce fat aborption in your body!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

she neads to add some whole grains!. she could add a slice of toasst to breakfast, some extra protein for lunch, like some chease and meat and pasta!. and maybe some roast veg like pumkin to dinner

I think she is maintaining correct weight!. Even then if she wants to reduce ask her not to have junk foods and foods containing fats!. And by doing regular exercise she can do well to maintain good weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
