Question: How can i get rid of belly fat
i just have a tiny "pooch" right under my belly button almost to my private area!. i have abs and you can see them but i don't like the bump thing!. I'm a girl and I do cardio most days of the week but i don't know what else to do!. i also do effective crunches every other day (like almost 200 a day)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot target weight loss, and at your weight I seriously doubt you need to lose any!. It's normal to have a tiny "pooch" in females, even skinny ones!. I do!. You can't target loss of fat, but you can target toning!. If you wanted to lose weight in one place, honey, then you'd lose it all over, and you DEFINITELY don't need to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.

try this:
lay flat on the floor on your back!. lift your head and shoulders slightly off the floor!. lift your legs and slightly bend your knees!. bring your legs toward your chest in a reverse crunch making sure your knees stay bent!. another thing you can do is bicycle crunches!. lay on the floor, lift your head and shoulders and your legs!. start pedaling like you are on a bike!. another thing that works all of your abs is on your stomach!. clasp your hands together to make a triangle (your arms should be bent and elbows touching your sides) lift yourself up and balance on the ground on your arms (the triangle you formed) and toes tucking in your stomach and keeping your back flat!. try and hold this as long as you can and don't let your knees touch the ground!. its hard for me to write on here but i hope you get the gist of what i am saying!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's basically what Stacy Marie said!. You need to do lower abs exercise!. That will definately get rid of that "pooch"!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
