here we go!.!.i am 14 years old and i have man boobs my nipples are really pointy and everyone makes fun of me!.!.!.my father has huge manboobs so did my grandfather is it possible to remve them i am 5 9 feet tall!.!.!.!.what to do!.!.!.please please please help!.!.!.!.what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

genetics yes!.!.!.but genetics arent set in stone on how ur body can look!.!.!.u wana get rid of them u gotta make a lifestyle change the way ueat start exercising!.!.so basialy idk how much u weigh but u gotta do cardio alot to burn the fat ull see a difference trust me cardio is very important 5x a week of running or biking 30mins! and weights 3-4x a week i recommend for 45mins full body workout like alot of chest here's a good workout plan for weights alternate them
day 1
Bench press inclined declined and flat 3sets of 8-10reps for each
Lat pull downs wide set pull ups and close hand pull ups 3 sets of 10 each
Butterflys 4 sets of 8-10 and if u want target ur bicepts and tricepts with free weights
or no weights
50 flat push ups arms above ur head
50 flat push ups arms even with ur chest or a bit below
50 low inclined and 50 low declined push ups
do sets of 25 if u can or w/e works for u so that's 200 push ups there working ur whole chest then do
pull ups wide set and close hand 25 each
tricept dips if u want also are good
day 2
all legs
squats 1 legged squats split squats calf raises 1 legged calf raises leg press if u have the equipment and cardio today if u want get that in 5x a week and day 3 do what u did day 1 day 4 same as day 2
eat lean meats lots of veges and some fruits complex carbs stay away from sugars and processed foods! good luk

Unless you get a doctor to snip off your nipple, or if you eat extremely well and exercise with pectoral flies and benchpresses I'm guessing your moobs aren't going to go away!. Be happy with yourself and screw the bullies, it's just the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cant really spot reduce!.!.you got to do cardio and toning exercises to lose fat from all over your body!.!.!.eat healthy too but eat on time!.!.!.at 14 you shoudnt worry too much about body fat!.!.!.just get active in dance,martial arts and sports!.!.!.you will grow out of it!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
