Is cardio bad if your trying to build muscle??!

Question: Is cardio bad if your trying to build muscle!?!?
I heard that cardio defeats the purpose of gaining muscle because it burns bothfat and muscle!.

Now I'm ready to start builing muscle, but I've been doing cardio for 2 months now and I still have side fat, I've been on a diet and yet nothing has happened in that area!. That is why I would like to continue doing cardio, but if it's going to interer with my muscle building then maybe I should stop!? So should I put cardio aside or is it a myth that cardio burns muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll lose a lot of muscle with cardio exercises, but you'll be burning even more fat!. If you wanna bulk up then you should limit your cardio exercises!. But you will need to do some cardio if you want your muscles to show!. You won't see any muscle if there's a layer of fat covering it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
